Description
This black leather varsity jacket features the same statement-making construction as its state-pride counterparts, specifically built around California. Contrast white panels run across the shoulders and down each sleeve, while a ribbed-knit stand-up collar in black-and-white stripes tops a snap-button front closure. The chest carries a chenille “C” letter patch alongside an “EST. 1850” embroidered badge — the year California was admitted to the Union — with a matching circular emblem patch on the right sleeve. The back carries the same large embroidered USA map treatment, this time with California highlighted in red and topped with a heart, marking it as the wearer’s home state. Welt pockets trimmed in white piping sit at the waist, and striped rib-knit trim finishes the cuffs and hem. Like its counterpart, it’s built less as an everyday jacket and more as a wearable piece of home-state pride.
